FOR THOSE DETERMINED TO SHAPE THE FUTURE

You believe in
their future.
So do we.

You change what students believe is possible. We built Vector to match that ambition: serious reasoning practice, made part of everyday preparation for work. Give every student you support a place to turn commitment into action.

In your working week01 / MAKE IT PART OF THE ROUTINE

Your ambition.
Their daily practice.

Your commitment continues beyond a single appointment. Introduce Vector in the careers support students already know, then give them a practice routine that lasts through the term.

IN A WORKSHOP

Give them a place to start.

Bring a sprint into your next careers session. Work through a question together and give students the space to try, get it wrong and ask why.

BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS

Make preparation a habit.

A few minutes between lectures. Another sprint before the next application. Vector gives students a place to keep showing up for the future they want.

AT YOUR NEXT REVIEW

Notice how far they’ve come.

Follow who’s taking part, see how their reasoning is developing and recognise the effort behind it. Bring that progress into your next conversation.

PROGRESS WORTH RECOGNISING

Who’s practising?
How are they
getting on?

Your belief in your students deserves a clear view of their progress. Follow participation, accuracy and Vector Score. Recognise their effort, see where they need support and bring that understanding into your next conversation.

Built for your learners02 / INSTITUTIONAL ACCESS

For those dedicated
to brighter futures.

We believe the chance to prepare belongs to everyone working towards their next opportunity. Vector is built for the institutions determined to give them that chance.

01

Universities &
business schools

Your investment in their future reaches far beyond graduation. Put reasoning practice alongside the CV advice, career fairs and interview preparation that already carry your ambition for them.

02

Schools &
colleges

You help young people discover how much is ahead of them. Give that growing ambition a place to practise, as they prepare for apprenticeships, first applications and the choices that follow.

03

Careers &
employability providers

You back people at turning points in their lives. We share your belief in what comes next. Give them consistent reasoning practice as they pursue a first role, a fresh start or a new direction.

PLANNING IT WITH YOUR TEAM

Let’s make
it happen.

Is this just for universities?

No. Vector is for universities, business schools, schools, colleges, recruitment agencies, careers centres and employability providers. You provide access to the people you support.

How do we introduce it to students?

Use an existing careers workshop or appointment to explain the assessment stage and try a sprint. Then give students a regular practice routine to follow between sessions.

What does our team see?

Participation, cohort Vector Scores, accuracy and change from the same learners’ starting points. Compare groups and export a summary for your programme review.

Do we need to run every practice session?

No. Students complete their own sprints and review their answers. Your team introduces the routine and follows the cohort’s progress.

What does planning a pilot involve?

Choose a cohort, a timeframe, the subjects to practise and what you want to learn from the pilot. The planner puts those choices into a downloadable plan for your team.

SHARED BELIEF. A PLACE TO BEGIN.

Their future
is worth it.

We believe in what your students can become. We’ve built the place for them to practise. Choose your first cohort. Let’s get to work.
